Returns:

30-Day Return Window:If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 30-day return window from receipt for a full refund.

Condition of Item:The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, with no defects, signs of use, or alterations.

Initiating a Return:To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details.

Original Packaging:Handbags must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and dust bags (if provided).

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs:Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fee.

Refund Notification:Once your return has been processed and approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the refund details.

Exchanges:We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Packaging:We recommend shipping your return with tracking and insurance to ensure it arrives safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit. 

Please note that we are based in South Carolina, and depending on product availability, your order may be shipped from South Carolina or Hong Kong. Your order could be shipped either domestically or internationally.
