Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS. Standard delivery time is estimated at 10–14 days. If any delays occur, customers will be notified promptly.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Tracking information will be provided via email within 1–2 days of order placement, allowing real-time order tracking.

Shipping is complimentary for all domestic and international orders. Depending on product availability, orders may ship from either South Carolina or Hong Kong, and may be fulfilled through domestic or international shipping channels.

Each order is securely packaged to ensure safe delivery and includes a complimentary dust bag for every handbag. All shipments are fully insured during transit, offering protection in the rare event of loss or damage. A delivery confirmation email will be sent once the order has been successfully delivered.

During peak holiday seasons, delivery times may be slightly extended. Early ordering is recommended to avoid delays. Customers requiring a change of shipping address are encouraged to contact customer service within 24 hours of placing the order.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, all shipments are packaged using eco-friendly, recyclable materials.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for return, the item must be in its original condition ,unused, unaltered, and free of defects. Original packaging, tags, and dust bags (if provided) must be included.

To initiate a return, please contact customer service with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

It is strongly recommended to use a trackable and insured shipping method for returns, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged items during return transit.

Direct exchanges are not offered. If a different item is desired, a new order should be placed after the return is completed.
